  Return PolicyUnfortunately,
there are some products for which we are unable to accept returns. All sales
including custom embroidery such as: text, stock designs or custom logos are
FINAL. All returns are subject to a 20%
re-stocking fee.
WHAT
YOU CAN RETURN
New
merchandise (not altered or soiled) suitable for resale
may be returned for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, goods will not be accepted.
WHAT
YOU CAN’T RETURN
Merchandise unsuitable for resale includes:
- Merchandise
that has been altered or soiled
- All
items that include custom embroidery
RETURN
MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
To return a product,
you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call or
e-mail sales@EmbroideredClothes.com
for an RMA Number. Include your name, address, phone, invoice number and product
you wish to return with reason for return. We will call or e-mail you back with
an RMA Number. Return Merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Your RMA Number must
be clearly marked on the shipping label (see below). EmbroideredClothes.com
will not accept returns without an RMA Number on the label.
