Please allow 10 business days for production on all orders with custom embroidery. Please allow 5 business days for items without embroidery.

During the holiday rush, shipping times may be longer. Please contact us for coordinating priority shipping. If an item is temporarily unavailable or discontinued, you will be informed and will be given the option to do a partial shipment, cancel the order or to send the whole order when the missing item comes in. Some web sites include the cost of shipping and handling in the prices of their goods - we prefer to let you see what you are paying for, and keep our goods costs down for you.
